Processing time:

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
– All plants: 7-14 days
– The tissue culture plants: 7-10 days

Estimated shipping times:

United States: 2-3 business days
Canada: 5-7 business days
Europe: 4-6 business days
Asia Pacific: 3-7 business days
We do our best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. The actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping during wintertime:

The minimum temp from -10 degrees C and we carefully packed them in insulated cartons (foam box)

Notice to the buyer from Australia:
Australia is very strict on customs (about live plants)
We can ship to Australia BUT the customer accepts the risk, the order do not refund in case their customs destroy the package.
Tissue culture plants: We have delivered to AUS, please contact by message or email us: shop@variegatedrareplants.com

Notice to the buyer from Canada:
Currently, we ship by FedEx, USPS and  Priority, that way you won’t need the import permit to ship to Canada. Our courier will arrange that and deliver door to door.
*Tissue culture plants and potted plants cannot be shipped together to Canada, please purchase them separately in your order.

Notice to the buyer from the EU:
We ship by FedEx, USPS and  Priority, that way you won’t need the import permit to ship to EU. Our courier will arrange that and deliver door to door, this means you do not have to be involved in the import process in any way.

Notice to the buyer from New Zealand:

Notice to the buyer from Korea:

Notice to the buyer from ASEAN:
We need your import permit, please ask the customs or the local agriculture ministry about this. Shipping by EMS because it is safer and cheaper

• Malaysia, Singapore: Import permit is not required, door to door service 2-3 days
• United Arab Emirates (UAE): Shipping by EMS, less than 6 plants, import permit is not required.

Notice to the buyer from Hongkong:
Import permit is not required if buying under 12 plants.

Notice to the buyer from Japan:
Import permit is not required, door to door service by EMS, easy shopping

Notice to the buyer from Russia:
Import permit is not required, our shipper will arrange that but cost will a bit expensive. Recommend for bulk and large order.
